Scope: These terms apply to subscriptions and (if enabled) paid memberships/content on Mozhuge.

If paid features are not currently enabled, the paid-specific provisions take effect upon launch and the checkout page disclosures at the time of purchase will control for pricing and billing details.

1. Subscription Types

  • Free subscription (if offered): email updates, newsletters, or limited content delivery.
  • Paid subscription / membership (if enabled): access to specific paid content, benefits, or services as described at checkout.

2. Pricing, Term, and Benefits

Pricing, billing cycle (monthly/annual), included benefits, and access scope are shown at checkout and may vary by plan.
We may make reasonable changes to benefits (e.g., additions, improvements, restructuring). If a change is material, we will provide notice via email or on-site announcement where practicable.

3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions typically auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel, as described at checkout.
If you cancel, you generally retain access through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated or required by law.

4. Digital Delivery and Access Controls

Digital content and membership access typically activate immediately or shortly after successful payment.
To prevent abuse, we may use reasonable access controls (login verification, session/device limits, anti-scraping measures).

5. Refund Policy (If Paid Features Are Enabled)

Because digital content is delivered immediately and is reproducible, refunds are generally not offered unless required by law or explicitly promised at checkout.
We may make exceptions for:

  • duplicate charges or clear billing errors;
  • extended inability to access paid content due to our systems that we cannot reasonably remedy.

6. Account Security and Misuse

You are responsible for safeguarding your subscription access (if applicable).
You may not resell, sublicense, mass-share, publicly distribute, or commercially exploit paid content or benefits.

If we reasonably believe there is fraud, serious breach, or abuse, we may suspend or terminate access, subject to applicable law.
