Scope: If you believe content on Mozhuge infringes your copyright or related rights, you may submit a notice under this policy. Where applicable, we process notices in line with DMCA-style requirements.
1. What This Covers
This policy applies to claims involving:
- unauthorized copying/reposting of your work;
- violations of attribution/moral rights;
- other copyright-related infringements.
2. How to Submit a Notice
Email support@mozhuge.com and include, as completely as possible:
- Your identity and contact info: name (or organization), email, and at least one additional contact method (phone optional).
- Proof of rights: links to original publication, registration records, contracts/authorizations, source files, publication details, or equivalent evidence.
- The allegedly infringing URL(s): exact page links on Mozhuge and where the material appears.
- Explanation: identify your original work and explain how the Mozhuge content infringes (include comparison links if helpful).
- Good-faith statement and accuracy statement (you may paste this text):
- “I have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.”
- “The information in this notice is accurate, and I declare under penalty of perjury that I am the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder’s behalf.”
3. Our Process
- Intake review: we check completeness and may request clarification or additional information.
- Assessment: we evaluate the claim and may contact the submitting party or relevant uploader (if any).
- Action: depending on the circumstances, we may remove, disable access, add attribution, correct sourcing, or take other appropriate steps.
- Response: we will email you with results or status updates.
For urgent, high-risk cases, we may temporarily disable access while we verify details.
4. Counter-Notice (Where Applicable)
If you believe a removal/disablement was mistaken or authorized (e.g., license, fair use), you may submit a counter-notice to support@mozhuge.com explaining your basis and providing supporting documentation. We will reassess and proceed consistent with applicable law.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting false notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences. Please ensure all statements are accurate.
