Scope: This statement governs all content published on Mozhuge (text, poems, essays, editorial copy, titles/intros, layout/templates, images/audio/video), unless otherwise noted.
1. Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, copyrights and related rights in Mozhuge content are owned by Shouche / Mozhuge and protected by applicable law.
2. What You May Do Without Prior Permission (With Conditions)
You may:
- Personal use: save, screenshot, print for personal reading and study.
- Fair quotation: quote short excerpts for commentary, research, teaching, or reporting, provided that you:
- clearly credit “Mozhuge” and the author Shouche;
- preserve the original meaning and do not quote out of context;
- include a link to the original page where feasible.
- Link sharing: share Mozhuge by linking to the original page.
3. What Requires Written Permission
Without written permission from Mozhuge, you may not:
- repost full poems/articles or substantial portions on other platforms (websites, newsletters, public accounts, databases, ebooks, aggregators);
- create derivative versions for publication (including AI rewrites) without permission and agreed attribution;
- use content for commercial purposes (marketing, paid courses/communities, publications, products, licensing, traffic acquisition pages, etc.);
- reproduce Mozhuge’s layout/templates in a way that substitutes for the original presentation;
- mass-scrape, mirror, or hotlink content for re-display.
For licensing or reprint requests, email admin@mozhuge.com with intended use, scope, and publication details.
4. Zero-Tolerance Violations
We do not permit:
- removal or alteration of attribution; impersonation of the author;
- distortion intended to mislead or harm reputation;
- technical abuse (scraping/mirroring) that undermines normal access and subscription value.
5. Third-Party Materials
Mozhuge respects the intellectual property rights of authors, creators, and rights holders.
This website may reference, quote, or reproduce limited portions of third-party works, historical materials, public-domain texts, images, or other resources for purposes such as commentary, criticism, research, education, literary appreciation, or cultural discussion. Where reasonably possible, attribution will be provided.
For works in the public domain, quotations and references may be used in accordance with applicable laws and established scholarly practices.
For copyrighted works, including content published online, Mozhuge follows these principles:
● Only the portion necessary for commentary, analysis, or discussion will be quoted;
● Complete works will not be reproduced without permission;
● Author, title, and source will be credited whenever reasonably possible;
● Quotations are used solely for commentary, criticism, research, literary appreciation, educational purposes, or related non-commercial cultural exchange.
If a rights holder believes that any material has been used improperly, they may contact us with proof of ownership and the relevant URL(s). Upon review, Mozhuge will promptly correct attribution, revise the content, replace the material, or remove it where appropriate.
Mozhuge does not intend to infringe upon any third-party rights and will cooperate in good faith to address valid copyright concerns.
